What are the values of H4 Partners that represent you the most?

Trust is the value that resonates most with me. It is first reflected internally: in a human-sized firm like H4 Partners, everyone quickly gains autonomy over their projects, and initiative-taking is encouraged. Collaboration and a supportive team environment also enable us to grow together and share knowledge to successfully deliver our assignments.
This trust is also reflected in our relationships with clients. We often build long-term partnerships, with an approach that is both technical, pragmatic, and people-oriented. The objective is not only to deliver a solution, but to work alongside the client—understanding their constraints and seeking to sustainably improve their tools and processes.

What are your missions at the firm?

I mainly work with clients on projects relating to business intelligence and data for the finance department: developing BI tools, producing and improving reports, supporting finance teams, or cleaning and structuring accounting data.

At the same time, I am also involved in the day-to-day running of the firm, particularly through improving certain processes, working on projects to automate tasks, and drafting internal and external newsletters.

What are your main professional challenges?

My main challenge is to continue expanding my skill set to become a true “Swiss army knife” of data applied to finance and management control. Increasing responsibilities are leading me to get involved in drafting commercial proposals, opening new engagements, and participating in recruitment taht are all challenges that contribute to my development.

What do you prefer in your work?

What I like most is the richness and diversity of the subjects – there’s no routine!

I can work on a data structuring project to creating a reporting tool or improving an existing dashboard. This variety of tasks means I work with a wide range of people and tackle new challenges specific to each organisation, particularly in the financial sphere. This requires a precise understanding of each client’s operational expectations and specific challenges, followed by the identification of the most suitable technical solutions. Each assignment is therefore an opportunity to combine active listening and analytical skills with technical expertise to propose relevant and sustainable solutions. It is this aspect—both stimulating and educational—that, for me, the whole interest of this profession.

Moreover, the daily interactions, whether with clients or internally, are always constructive and provide continuous learning opportunities.
