I completed a double degree at Neoma BS in management and corporate finance.
During my studies, I had the opportunity to undertake my first work placement in FP&A within the finance teams of Club Med’s EAF Resorts business unit.
I joined H4 Partners in 2025 as part of my end-of-studies internship. I subsequently joined the company as a consultant.

The diversity of projects, tools used and clients, both in terms of size and sectors of activity.
The prospect of making rapid progress on a range of topics alongside a team of experienced professionals.
Le positionnement de H4 Partners comme partenaire privilégié de ses clients offrant ainsi l’opportunité de travailler sur des sujets à fort impact et d’avoir une vraie valeur ajoutée.
For me, one of the most fundamental values at H4 Partners is pragmatism.
This is our approach to tackling every project and every client with clarity and efficiency. At H4 Partners, this translates into a constant search for clear, practical solutions that genuinely meet our clients’ needs, enabling them to gain visibility and free up time to focus on high-value-added tasks. Adopting a pragmatic approach means acting as a creator of value: turning ideas into concrete actions, and ensuring that every intervention has a measurable and lasting impact on our clients’ organisations.
Whilst at the firm, I had the opportunity to undertake a wide range of projects for clients across a diverse range of sectors and business profiles. In particular, I have been involved in setting up and reviewing reporting systems using Excel and Power BI, developing business plans, and overhauling files relating to monthly closings and budget management. I also have the opportunity to work closely with my colleagues, who are involved in long-term projects with our clients, collaborating on tasks such as file automation, process formalisation and the audit of existing files. This diversity of work and the team dynamic enable me to actively contribute to optimising practices and creating value for our clients.
One of my main challenges is to deepen my knowledge and skills in financial matters in order to support our clients more effectively by offering solutions that are relevant and aligned with their actual needs. Another important goal for me is to strengthen my adaptability by broadening my understanding of the specificities of each industry, enabling me to quickly identify the key issues facing my clients. Finally, I aim to develop my autonomy, so that I can gradually take on more responsibility in managing projects and play an increasingly active role in ensuring the success of the assignments entrusted to me.
What I like most about my work is primarily the diversity and richness of the assignments I am entrusted with, as well as the variety of organizations I support, regardless of their size or sector. This variety allows me to continuously learn, whether it be on technical or financial aspects or through the discovery of new tools. I also value the opportunity to contribute to the firm’s internal development, playing, alongside my colleagues, an active role in the collective dynamics and growth of H4 Partners.
If you wish to grow in a dynamic environment that values autonomy and proactivity, and that encourages curiosity and learning around financial and operational challenges, I highly recommend applying to join the H4 Partners journey. Working at H4 Partners offers the opportunity to engage in demanding and varied assignments within an experienced and committed team.
