Objectives

  • Mapping of existing procedures and identification of missing ones with the aim of improving processes
  • Creation of an interactive procedure file, as clear and readable and easy to maintain as possible

Deliverables achieved

  • Mapping of key processes for each cycle
  • Pack of synthetic procedures including flowchart, description of the process, key roles, and good practices, with simple and interactive navigation
  • Implementation of internal control governance
  • Identification of improvement levers and action plans (organization, process, tool, etc.)
