A consulting firm dedicated to performance management to develop technical skills in a field that interests me.
Trust is the value of H4 Partners that represents me the most. It is the cornerstone for all healthy and durable relationships.
Pragmatism and excellence are two other values that I share and that give meaning to our work. Thoughtful and useful solutions for customer and personal satisfaction, this is what we offer at H4 Partners.
Since my arrival, I have worked on multiple client projects. We work across the entire performance management value chain. First, the development of financial models to help our clients with their investment or growth projects. Then, process automation through tools such as Power Query, VBA or Power Automate. For instance, we have automated the Reporting and Forecasting calendar of a multinational’s subsidiary. Finally, the design and implementation of financial and operational dashboards for high-potential SMEs.
In addition, upon my arrival I participated in the internal development of the firm by organizing the business seminar overseas.
Being at the beginning of my career, I have a lot of professional challenges. From my point of view, it is a real luck! First, I seek to develop technical skills, particularly in finance, data analysis and in the use of new technological tools. In addition, the consulting profession requires agility and organization skills that we learn through project management. Finally, the consulting sector is an enriching environment through its social interactions. Soft skills are therefore essential!
In a second part, I want to develop both my managerial and commercial skills.
Satisfying my curiosity by learning every day is undeniably my favorite part of my job!
The diversity of clients and missions allows me to upskill on many subjects. In addition, within the firm, we quickly have responsibilities on client projects as well as for internal development. For any motivated person, this framework is a godsend to progress quickly.
Now you know Alexandre better!
